Sexy Nail

"The main man at the front desk could do a better job at customer service. Never a proper greeting unless you are a regular customer of his from what I noticed…just ask what you want really. Also I understand there may be a language barrier but smiles are pretty universal. Also I feel like they kind of value output more than they value quality. I went there today to get a pedicure around 11:30 AM by 5 PM two toes are already chipped. I was not doing any activities. I was not kicking bricks or anything and also it is gel polish so I need them to slow down to focus a bit more quality because the prices are not terrible but it’s still an inconvenience if I have to come back multiple times."

"Worst salon you can ever go to!!! I did my nails a couple weeks ago and came back today to remove them. The lady with the glasses had so much attitude slapping my hand left and right while doing them. Then she asked for 15$ when she didn’t even use any alcohol or anth to remove them. She just popped them off and buffed them. My nails are damaged and so thin now. Her coworkers started yelling too saying that if I don’t want to pay I should’ve took them off at home!! The only reason I came to the salon is to not damage my nails, which they did!!! I will not be back and I will not recommend such disgusting behavior and attitude and service!"

"Went here for a manicure a day before my wedding. 1 the nail tech doing my nails was rude rough and rushing to finish me. I expressed how important it was for my nail shape to be perfect I explained how I wanted them done I like them short etc and she tries to explain to me to leave them long because the polish covers you won’t see the length. Which was not my point I wanted short nails so I would scratch myself or my wife. Once finished I noticed my middle finger was a little inflamed but I figured maybe I had a small cut or something. Fast forward 3 weeks turns out I got an infection from this salon. They clearly do not clean their things they don’t care about the customers I will never be returning here again nor will my wife and family members. You guys really disappointed us."

"I always come here and they are usually pretty good, but there was a new woman named Lisa there today and she was amazing. Great with customer service, took her time with my nails to make them perfect, the design was ADORABLE, and she did this cool magnetic nail polish that looks amazing. Definitely recommend this place and making an appointment with Lisa."
